Voices From the Front - Daughter, Son, and The War Within

Voices From the Front was a set of three one act plays titled Daughter, Son, and The War Within. Each focused on different challenges faced by veterans who are returning from active combat and reintegrating with American society. The final act, The War Within, was devised via a collaboration between the cast, our director Kathryn Bentley, and the original playwright Cassandra Medley. Each actor added to the script by sharing the experiences of their family’s and by highlighting the racial and ethnic diversity that defines what it means to be truly American.
